Cancellation/Refund

SHRM – Memphis reserves the right to charge for missed reservations for events that involve catering. A No-Show is considered an individual who registers for an event, by-passes payment at the time of registration, and is counted as a registered guest, but fails to cancel in the required amount of time. Accommodations for these types of events are made based upon the number of individuals who have registered.

  • All Monthly Meeting cancellations are transferable to the next Monthly Meeting and non-refundable.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received ten (10) business days prior to the day of the Signature Events/Conferences.
  • Cancellations received nine (9) business days prior to the first day of the Signature Events/Conferences are nonrefundable.

 

Event Date Change

SHRM – Memphis reserves the right to change the meeting date and charge for missed reservations for events that involve catering. In the event that a meeting date is changed:

  • All Monthly Meeting cancellations are transferable to the next Monthly Meeting and non-refundable.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received ten (10) business days prior to the day of the Signature Events/Conferences.
