is to keep young HR professionals engaged in the field by catering to their needs, desires, and aspirations through social media platforms and networking activities.

SHRM-Memphis Emerging Leaders (Young Professional Group) is for individuals who are 35 years and younger and for individuals 36 years and older who have 5 years or less of HR experience.

Expectations:

  • Actively participate at Emerging Leaders committee meetings (virtual & physical)
  • Actively participate at Emerging Leaders engagement activities (4 per year)
  • Provide valuable resources to Emerging Leaders
  • Please note this is a working committee and requires you to be active for the success of the young professional group.
