For Human Resource professionals seeking certification or recertification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), additional information and requirements are available at www.hrci.org. Several options for preparing for HRCI testing and certification are available.
Self-Study
Sources such as the SHRM Learning System(www.shrm.org/Education/educationalproducts/learning/Pages/default.aspx) or the Human Resource Certification Preparation Program (http://www.hrcp.com/) are two great programs for self-preparation. Each provides valuable reference materials, sample tests, and study aids.
